Heritage Construction was created in 2012 by President Brian Bush, but don’t let our founding date fool you: Brian and Vice President David Lantagne have over 45 combined years in the construction industry, and the two men have worked on construction projects together over the last five years. David’s former company, Lantagne Construction, did several jobs for Brian’s company, Heritage Properties (www.heritageprop.net), ranging from substantial renovations of mutli-family properties to commercial building fit-up. Brian’s past experience in single-family home construction and renovation is a good pairing with David’s work, and the two decided to form Heritage Construction to tap into their shared knowledge and passion for home construction and light commercial construction.

Our plan for Heritage Construction was to create a company that will stand apart from the competition.  Taking from our experience in property ownership and management, as well as our past experience building for clients, we believe we can offer a unique perspective on construction.  We have extensive experience with different types of construction, we know what’s it like to own and manage homes and buildings, we know how to create value through thoughtful and analytical planning, and we have a tremendous desire to make our clients satisfied. We are proud of the business relationships we have developed with clients, local banks and lenders, real estate professionals, subcontractors, and other local building professionals. Our staff of construction and real estate professionals are here put you at ease in this usually difficult and stressful time.

We also take pride in our knowledge of “green building.” We continue to educate ourselves in new practices and cutting-edge materials that help your properties become more sustainable. We can make your home more energy efficient and reduce your carbon footprint.
